I am originally from Staten Island, New York. At 18, I embarked on a journey with the United States Air Force, serving proudly for a decade with assignments in Florida and Alaska. Following my military service, I transitioned to a career with FedEx, which eventually led me to settle in Las Vegas. It was here, 24 years ago, that I began my real estate career with what was then Prudential Americana, now Bershire Hathaway Home Services of Nevada. Starting in property management was a natural progression driven by the trust of my investor clients who wanted me to continue overseeing their properties. In the early days, my wife Shannon took charge of the real estate division, while my sister-in-law and teenage daughter joined me in property management. Today, my daughter has grown into a partner in our business, where we remain deeply involved in day-to-day operations alongside our dedicated staff.

I am originally from Anchorage, Alaska, but I've called Las Vegas home since I was 5 years old. My journey into property management began early, at the age of 16, igniting a passion that has only grown stronger over the years. Currently, I manage over 50 multiplex buildings and units, specializing in this niche of investment for our valued clients. Through dedication and experience, I've honed my expertise in maximizing returns and maintaining high standards in property management.
